About Our Company

Charles Dolly has been in the residential and commercial construction business for as long as he has been working. When he was 17 years old he was the youngest ever Journeyman Plumber in the state of Florida. He later learned how to do electrical work along with other construction trades.

Charles roofed his first house at the age of 18. In 1991 Charles became a bi-vocational Christian minister as his construction turned to remodeling houses.

As time went by, Charles realized the great need that the greater Seneca, SC area had for an experienced, competent and trustworthy roofing company.

As more and more of his work was roofing-related, Charles soon discovered that having the experience that comes with 20+ years of remodeling expertise was a great competitive advantage in the roofing business since frequently there is other damage that needs to be repaired as part of a roofing project. Who better to make those repairs than someone who has the experience and qualifications to do the job right.
